Step out of chaotic life and come join us out in the woods for a moment of Serenity. Sound bath in the forest is an amazing combination of feeling like you’re traveling the cosmos, and grounding surrounded by wind rustling trees, birdsong, and occasionally a deer! I’ll bring the singing bowls and some bug spray.

Please bring your own water, a yoga mat or folding chair, any cushions/blankets etc you’d like for comfort.

Location
2314 N High Cross Rd, Urbana
Turn in at the big Green Island sign, and follow the road alllll the way down to the 3 houses at the end, where you can park. We will meet you there to direct you to the path into the woods where we’ll be setting up on the deck.
