During your reiki session, we’ll:

  • Get your energy flowing comfortably again by entering a deep meditation and connecting with Universal Life Energy.

  • Balance your chakras and release any energetic blocks that have built up.

  • Support you in moving more gracefully through difficult life trials by connecting with your spirit guides and intuitive guidance.

  • Release tension and stress in your physical body which opens your body up to physical healing.
