But the reality of modern life is we are so busy, often so tuned *outward* towards social media, religious, political and cultural authority, global events, and many of us have to HUSTLE in order to even keep a roof over our heads. We hardly have a moment for self care let alone meaningful, intimate connection. So when it comes to intimacy in the bedroom, the average goal-oriented, friction-based session lasts about 7.5 minutes 😳🫣😩 If you are longing for something more... What if we could tune so richly into ourselves, our partner, even momma Earth, and experience delicious, “soulgasmic” Love making, in a way that the energy of it sticks with you, bringing magic from your very Soul all the way into your mundane?

In this 2.5 hour workshop we’ll discuss intimacy as it’s commonly experienced, the creative power of pleasure and sexual energy, shame and some psychology surrounding it. We’ll talk about hormones and their role in how we commonly give away our power. We’ll dive in to how you can absolutely make love with yourself, (without even touching your sacred parts, though that’s nice too), and how that is the basis for non codependent, soulful connection with others. We’ll do some tantric exercises to bring you out of your head and into your body, working with breath, authentic sensual movement, and erotic meditation to connect with the stars we’re made of, the sensuality of Mother Earth, and the divine within our very Self ❤️
