Certificate will be awarded at the end of the training on Sunday

In this cozy, intimate setting we’ll learn about the essence, history, and principles of reiki, deep dive into ‘shadow work’ and how incorporating energy healing into your life begins to shift you from the inside out, receive your Reiki Level 1 Attunement, practice on yourself and others in the group, and receive reiki as others also practice. We’ll mostly be covering self healing with reiki, but will also touch on reiki for others and incorporating reiki energy healing into your current practice or beginning a business as a reiki practitioner.

No prior experience with Reiki is required to attend, however a desire and willingness to slowly transform into the strongest, most authentic version of yourself is recommended!

Plant based snacks and light lunch will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer or have dietary needs.

Please bring items for taking notes, a refillable water bottle, and anything else to help you feel comfortable. We’ll be indoors, but may go outside briefly depending on weather for a meditation in nature, so warm outerwear recommended.
