Once upon a time I worked at Disneyland. They always told us our job was to help people forget the craziness of life for one short day, and find magic in the presence of the moment. My goal in tonight’s class is to help you do something similar—practice breaking the cycle of repetitive thoughts, constantly triggering our own stress response, and slip into the bliss of this single moment. And the next one. And the next. ✨
We’ll start with a guided meditation, do some breath work, then finish with a relaxing sound bath.
Our cells are made up of a tiny percentage of matter, and mostly open space. Let the vibrations of the sound bowls help you tune into this open space within you of pure potential 💫✨
